We have the philosophy that if we treat your employees well, they will in turn provide great service to our clients. As an Employee-Owned Trust we believe and invest in our staff, we are committed to developing our workforce through up-skilling and re-skilling employees and addressing any skill gaps. This in turn enables employees to progress in the company.
Network ROI has introduced two new initiatives to reward our employees. Firstly, we introduced five employee-awards and secondly, we implemented an Employee-Owner profit share scheme. The employee awards recognise outstanding achievements from our employees with nominations from both senior management and the employees ourselves. The Employee-Owner profit share scheme gives employees share in the profits of Network ROI. Each month 10% of profits are set aside in a profit shareholding fund, with proceeds distributed in an employee bonus at the end of the year.
