Training and Development Manager
With over 30 years' experience across a variety of IT roles, including several for Network ROI, Greig McKenzie is our Training & Development Manager. Greig interacts with colleagues at all levels of the business, planning training strategy and our constant efforts towards increasing overall competency, both role-based and for external partnerships such as that with Microsoft.
Greig's true passion is working with younger, or less-experienced members of staff, assisting them with career planning and driving them to both fulfil and expand their ambitions.
In addition to his day-to-day role, Greig also serves as the Company's Quality Manager, overseeing the operation and implementation of our ISO 9001 Quality Management System. He is also an Employee-Trust Director and play an active role in the Employee Ownership Trust.
